We offer flat rate shipping rates to the contiguous United States by FedEx Ground. FedEx requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. Some items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders are shipped out of our warehouse in California. Orders shipping into California will be charged sales tax. If you want to be tax exempt we will need a copy of your sales permit by email.
Do you back order items?
We do not back order items that are out of stock. If an item that is purchased is out of stock your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your adjusted order total. You can request to be notified when an item is back in stock.
Do you offer drop shipping?
We will simply ship to whatever address you specify in your order, whether it be yours or someone else's. We do not charge any extra if you ship to a different address.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as they become available.
How do I sign up for an account?
Simply go to register at the top right of our home page. Simply fill in the fields and then you can order at anytime.
What types of payments do you accept?
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal as a payment method. All purchase transactions take place on a secure server using 256-Bit Encryption which protects both your personal information and your credit card transaction.
Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing. In order to provide excellent service and speedy order processing we cannot accept order changes or cancellations. Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to change quantities, add, or remove items from your order.
Do you have phone ordering?
Wholesale General Store is an internet based company. For that reason phone ordering is not available. Orders need to be placed directly through our site for payment processing, receipt, tracking, etc. If you have questions or problems regarding your order please email contact customer service.
Who can buy from you?
We are open to the public. Many of our customers are individuals who buy from us or buy as gifts for friends and family. We also welcome all retailers who wish to buy our products. We have no membership fees and offer a wide variety of products at fair prices. We can dropship at no extra charge.
I see the suggested retail price (mrp) listed for each item. Can I charge more if I want to?
Yes you can price your items however you like. You will find many cases where the customers in your area are particularly interested in one type of item, so you're able to charge more than the MRP. The MRP you see listed on the site is just a guideline.
